Kicking in the year with  our new 2022 Tourette Awareness OCTranspo Bus featuring some new lovely faces: Braeden, Marla and Louis. Message from the President of Tourette Canada – Ottawa Chapter

Another year has come and gone, and I hope that everyone is able to spend time with loved ones this Holiday Season. 

I am sure that you are (as I am) exhausted; but please remember that all pandemics come to an end, and this one will too. This Holiday Season I will be reflecting on how blessed I am to work with such an incredible group of people at the TS Ottawa Chapter. I am beyond thankful for their hard work and dedication in providing support to all.

Wishing you much happiness and peace this Holiday Season and much joy in the New Year.

Tourette Virtual Adult Support Group Meeting (Yoga Series) – Guest Patricia Rollins

Been stressed all summer long? Need to relax; have a TS member in the same boat? Join us for a wonderful hour +/- a few minutes to unwind and calm the soul. Help dial down your anxiety and nerves and escape to some tranquility and peace. Join our guest speaker, Patricia Rollins, a registered massage therapist of 16 yrs, and over 18 yrs experience in the fitness field.

No equipment necessary. Wear comfy clothing. Socks not preferred, to avoid slipping. If you have a mat/ thin pad, wonderful. If not, the carpet will do. Or a small pillow or folded blanket for any of the floor-knee work if any.
